As I made the base using the 12kw head as a pattern the 15-20 head does not fit, re-plan use the my spare 12kw head and maybe buy another engine for the 20kw head :-\ Like I really need the excuse.. thank god my wife is very understanding when it comes to my toys ha ha

ST-10 and ST-12 share the same frame size.

ST-15 and ST-20 share the same frame size.

Don't be to hard on yourself. Missing some details will happen when prototyping.

I hate to be a buzz kill but why don't you just stick another piece of channel on the generator end?

vdunut. please concider the expense of the extra channel, not to mention the welding and time...No the only road left open is to buy the 1125 or 1130 (hands in the prayer position incase my wife reads this) or this thread WILL be about plastic surgery..mine! besides the 20 head looks so sad in the corner... ::) next week..shoping for heavy iron.

  Off thread I know, pls delete if out off place...
:(   Everything on hold right now due to typhoon mina creating mayhem in our region. 72 hrs none stop wind and rain in torrents. I guess we are on the other end of the storm going through the states right now. There has been many landslides and my large garden is now a lake. My thoughts are with you all there cos I know first hand just how bad it can get. Will return to the forum when it is more calmer.
