Hi all; I bought an S195 engine in 2007 from an ebay seller with a store in Michigan called Carroll Stream. The original id tag is ground off the motor and replaced with a tag identifying it as YX195E-R. It is electric start and came with a radiator, which I removed before ever starting the engine.
Does anyone have any info about this engine such as which manufacturer made it and if it is DI or IDI?
I had it in storage until recently, and have only begun tinkering with it during the past week.

I have a 1115 from same vendor, "powermart" branded. The manual says Changfa but that name is found nowhere on the engine.  If you google Carroll Stream Changfa of something similar you will find that others have tried to find out with no solid facts to support yes or no.  Changfa built? I doubt it but mine at least seems to be of decent quality.
