I bought it!

Turns out it came with a concrete block mount with angle iron and 1/2 bolts as well as aluminum and rubber isolators.

I'm getting 126V off one pole and 104V off the other, any ideas of what could be wrong?

Sweet!  That concrete block included in the deal was a nice touch.  On your voltage imbalance, I wonder if the neutral output wire is connected in the wrong place, like maybe on the battery charge terminal or hot terminal?  Whichever side of the battery which is not common with the engine frame.

I checked the voltage later and it was at 114V for one pole and 116V for the other, I'm guessing I had an uneven load at the time. The neutral is connected to the neutral block on a breaker panel and goes from there to bridged neutrals across the inverter/chargers so no DC involved.
