I bought horrible fright CARB compliant pressure washer and later bought a Predator engine for my troybilt tiller that was not. The only difference I can find is the CARB
engine has a vapor tube from the fuel tank to the air cleaner. Kalifornia is a strange place.
They both seem to be really great engines, especially after opening up the main jet just a smidge so they are not starved to death for fuel.  ::)

I would have an interest in such an initiative... reinstate at least a few of the hobby exemptions for small-scale practical applications.

At the very least I can lend a few decades of practical experience... perspective.
