The 300 crankshaft has a 3.98" stroke.

The 240 and 300 crankshafts have a 2.123" rod journal and a 2.399" main journal

There are two main thrust bearings. A 3.567" OD flange and 3.602" OD bearing flange.

The 240/300 light truck and car crankshafts are cast iron.

The F600/F700 trucks used forged steel crankshafts.
There are two forging numbers for the 300 forged crankshaft.
The 4 digit prefixes are C5TE and C6TE.
The next 4 numbers are the base part number and the last letter is the revision level.

You can tell a forged crankshaft by the rounded counter weights.
