Chinese mini loaders

I started out cruising the internet looking for interesting stuff on "Changfa" diesels and kept running across stuff like this:

Has anyone ever seen/heard anything about these before?  With the stock Changchai L28 (like a 'Changfa' 1125) this would be the perfect yard tractor that any DIYer should be able to keep running forever and wow is the price ever right!  It looks like a standard design ripped off from somewhere (Komatsu?) that is being produced in at least a half dozen different Chinese factories, probably more.

Aside from the usual caveat emptor about importing from China, maybe you could even get these rigs into the US if it were delivered WITHOUT an engine installed then pop one of the little Surplus Center Cats in there!

All I can say is good luck dealing directly with China through Alibaba.
