Kind of vague theoretical info. Seems like it will function as a capacitor and lack of mention of chemical action. I wonder what kind of voltage these will charge to.

That's a really cool technology. Carbon sheet, one atom thick, sandwiched between tin. Oh, wait, tin shorts itself out with "tin whiskers". Fast recharge, excellent capacity, light weight, tough and last up to a year.

Cool, if it really can accept massive charge rates, then perhaps we'll finally be able to harness the amazing power of lightning; imagine a ma-hoo-sive (that's REALLY big, mind-bogglingly big) graphene gel battery attached to a giant lightning conductor... every time there's a storm -whomp! Several days worth of electricity for the town....

It'd be cool if it worked...
