Recommendations for testing two 450amp Niehoff 802's

I recently picked up two rebuilt 24 volts 450amp Niehoffs to replace my Delco 50DN (one is a spare)  The manufacture suggest that the test bench uses a 40HP electric motor setup to handle 8000RPM's.   Does anyone know of anyone in the Seattle area that can test these units?

I didn't know you're in Seattle..let's build a test bench together..unless you already find one available. I have 3-phase power available. Now all we need find is a 40 hp 3 phase motor..
