i bet the incidence of cataracts i fairly high by the time they are in their early 30's
that arcing takes its toll on the eyeballs

That's a tough factory to compete with.  Their resource known as humans is disposable.  The really funny thing is that most safety equipment like goggles are made just down the road.  Ah, the good old days.  Kind of makes you warm and fuzzy when you see them, huh.

I guess they were working the children on the night shift at this factory.  They would have proper safety equipment.
