I just turned the inverter on for the third time and it worked.

Where I come from we call that "Third time lucky!".

Slightly hazy so its pooping out about 2 KW at around 375 volts off a 15 panel array of SolarWorld SW245 panels.  Once I get some real data and see what the solstice does I'll decide on another 15 or so panels.  I may step back to 2 X 14 so I keep beneath the maximum rating for the Sunny Boy 6000.

Now out to the Witte and prepare for tomorrows smoke test.

2 kW with no fuel used is good poop!

So does your proposed test tomorrow mean that you do not yet know if the original single phase generator head on the Witte will be functional?
