those are the flywheels that you will find on the 8/1.  It seems to be pretty expensive if you ask me.

I know a little bit about that engine. I have seen one up close and it is cute. Mike M. had a few and sold them.
It is a mini GM-90. They are about half the size of a listeroid.

They were being sold 2 years ago for around $700.00.

Hi Henry, I think you may be mistaken. I saw Mikes price a few years ago in the $1100 - $1300 range.
Although he stopped importing them around 2007.

Hi veggie,

It is somthing how time flies. I stand corrected.

I was one of the first ones to know about them. Mike gave me a price of $700. I believe it was Late 2005 or early 2006 and about 7 months before he introduced them on the listerengine fourm.

I knew Mike since 1999. And visited him in 2001 and saw lots of the engines he stocked back then. For a listeroid lover they would of been in heaven. You could buy a listeroid for around $350.

Mike had a few mini GM-90's left. when I purchased a 6/1 GM-90 with an extra set of 10/1 extra Heavy flywheels.

Of course the price went up on them after I purchased my stuff. :)

Looking at the pictures on ebay that was the Engine, Frame, Pulley, Fuel filter, Intake Exhaust adaptor Mike sold back then. It sure is a cute engine.

No sand, No rework.

My Satyajeet GM-90 6/1 was spotless. No out of ballance flywheels. Gears, rod, piston, crank, cam bearings were very well made.

I started it by hand in the low 20's with no effort. It smokes a lot less than a IDI listeroid.

Better fuel economy than an IDI.

Oil system is better than a listeroid. Oil pump is in the oil and it works by an eccetric on the crank and pressure feeds the large rod end.

Overall I say a GM-90 is a much better engine than a listeroid.

When I met Mike the second time I had a chance to see a Listeroid 6/1 and a GM-90 6/1 work the same load and the GM-90 could out work the listeroid in my opinion.

On the same load the Listeroid was puking out black smoke vs the GM-90 handled the same load with ease without all the black smoke.

I had a Satyajeet GM- 16/1. That was a darn good engine. I ran it on all sorts of different fuels. Used engine oil, WVO and Diesel. It was a strong runner and I would love to have it back. The only problem I had was with the piece of junk water pump which I replaced with a small roller pump. Bought it from Mike M. He had already set it up with a gen head ready to run, in fact it had already ran before he sold it to me.
