Good find, Chris. These are relatively small and cheap as they are autotransformers- no isolated secondary windings.
Nothing wrong with that as long as you understand what that means up front.  Sad they don't specify it clearly, but I guess that would just confuse most of their customers.

There were/are US ebay sellers of these, and also a toroid version which would be a bit more efficient.
