Somewhere on the forum I read about a fitting that will work on the feed side of the injector pump to replace the Banjo bolt. I need to get to NPT (Pipe Thread) as Im converting to WVO and want to Tee at the IP. So what I'm looking for is an adapter from the IP threads to NPT.
Thanks

Mcmaster.com also has them.  Search for BSPT adapter and you'll find them.

If it's on the IP, it might be metric.  Some of the fittings, like the exhaust elbow and the fuel lines going to and coming out of the fuel filter, appear not to be tapered, so they're likely BSPP (Brit. Standard Parallel Pipe).  At low pressure, pipe dope smeared on the threads makes a great adapter.   ;)

I went through that. The thread on the IP is metric, straight thread. I went to my local hydraulics/hose shop and got myself a little adaptper that is metric on one side and has a nice sealing arrangement on that side and is 1/4 NPT on the other side (which in my case got a hose barb fitting installed). The adapters were less than $3 ea.

Jens ... any chance you remember the metric thread size. The shop I went to did have anything that would fit, (not surprised). We have another supplier here that I can check out but I would like to know more about what I need when I go there. I hate to be stupid you know.  ???
