What is this Changchai S195NM?
One problem that I see right away is that there is a second starter solenoid and the starter bendix stays engaged while the engine is running.

Me too, E-bay purchase with 5KW head. Starter bendix should of course NOT be in the flywheel when running. You need to figure out and repair before you run it again. Cant answer why two solinoids?

There is a lot of stff useing two solonids and I cant find out why. I take one of them out of the start system and thay live just fine with out it. Ifd there are other things that come on line off of the secound one keep it woring but put the starter on just one. Tom T

From the limited view of the starter, it does not look like a stock Changfa or Changchai starter.
Has someone modified the starter (and wiring) ?

Rewired this weekend. The second solenoid is shown on the diagram for the Murphy switch. Problem solved
Does anyone have a solution for setting the hz and maintaining 60? I set it and as soon as I add a load it drops.

Hmm, seems we don't have a guide here... I'll fix that next week.

Meantime, here's a guide on another forum, but the procedure is identical. I will probably just cut'n'paste the explanation, as I wrote it in the first place  ;D

After breaking her down to three seperate items i recruited the help of two huge Palauans and a couple of frosty adult beverages we got it to the shop. Cleaned everything up and added a coat of paint. Added two pieces of I beam to the frame bottom to lift it up to assist in servicing access. Started her up and it was something special let me tell ya ;D
We loaded her up and took her home to her new resting place. She wont be resting for long.
