Does anyone know if Changfa replacement parts are interchangable with a Sifang, built in China around 2006, either 180 or 195 models?

Wow....there's a new one.
Sorry, never heard of Sifang before. Although there are many companies who buy a Changfa or JianDon engines or parts and put there own name on it.
You may have to dismantle the unit prior to finding the parts.
I know it sounds a little backwards, but once you identify the bore and stroke, chances are that you could use parts from any make of similar sized Changfa style engine.
Once apart, you can scan your head gasket and email it to "gaskets-to-go" and they will sell you one from their Changfa database.

Hope this helps,

Thanks for the info, veggie.  I just located one for sale.  Did a little search on Sifang.  I believe they have made locomotives and I was told at one point they built engines for Kubota.  I think if they have manufactured locomotives, they have probably been building engines for a while.  Thanks a lot!

The main builders of these engine types are CHANGFA, JianDong and CHANGCHAI.
Changchai has been designing a few new models lately and have come up with some nice engines.
Key parts are still interchangeable with their previous models but efficiencies and BHP ratings have improved.
You can see one of the new models here...

I'm currently in talks to bring in a batch of these matched to 4kw heads.
Very economical and super reliable. ( and EMP proof  ;)  )
