Just joined, looks like a great site/group. I couldn't find much on mechanical governors so I thought I would add some links.

I'm not a big fan of electronic governors even though I've got a fairly good background in electronics. In this area I prefer simple, straight forward solutions to things if at all possible.

Thanks -

Didn't know they even existed as a bolt on!!!!

A bolt on to what though? Could that thing be modified for belt drive? It says it needs an oil supply...

As for the belt driven units, who sells 'em, and how many arms and/or legs are we talking?
Do engines get rewarded for their steam?
