Hey! no picture thingy

Anybody know why I can't get a personal pic to upload? The doggone thing just ignores it when I try.

does your pic have a jpg file extension?

is it too large a file?

Well........ it's a jpeg........uh just how big is too big? It's 144kb.

i am not sure of the size limit for the avatar
but i think it is 128k

you can either go to "paint" and crop your image a bit
or wait till later when i have a chance to see whats up with
the limitations on avatars, or what the problem might be.

I've also build and repaired several PC's over my forty odd years, but still my kids knows more about gaming software than me!

Thanks WJ. Yes my kids are really good on the games too, but they (and their friends) still call the "Old Man" when their 'puters get slow or die.
