st backwards

Hi guys
Does an st head mind being run counter clock ?
I'm getting a unused 5kw from my neighbor to belt to a Ruston Hornsby 1yba off the front shaft and would prefer to tuck it in close to the engine rather than sit it out front for the clockwise rotation.

an st, much like most any alternator does not care which direction it is spun, the
thing that does matter is if an alternator uses a directional fan,

the st heads all use straight cut bi-directional fans, so you can do anything you want with the st head.
