new york state to start netmetering for buying back excess power from cogenerators

this is incredible, for the first time a cogen will be economically very viable in places where there is a higher need for
the heat than the electricity generated.

this would allow the operation of a cogen during the winter months for heating purposes and allow for all excess electrical
power to be sold back.

hopefully this is a movement that will sweep the country
