With health hazards now proven beyond a shadow of any doubt from human exposure to cell phone radiation and the rest of the manmade microwave soup we live in today, 'tinfoil hats' may soon be finding a wider appeal than just amongst the lunatic fringe.

Really?

I know that some people claim (and maybe are) sensitive to man-made electromagnetic radiation, but as far as I am aware there are no definitive proven health hazards. Well, excluding X-rays & gamma rays, obviously.

Yes, one finding is a high incidence of brain tumors on the side of the head of people that use cell phones frequently for their job.

Actually, this is heavily disputed still.   Last I knew (not that I research it often), there was only one study that seems to find a correlation with cell phone use and increased incidence of brain tumors.   Other studies had not been able to duplicate it.   rcavictim, you can point us to new data, though.

That said, I try to use speaker phone when possible to keep the cell phone away from my head....

I just traveled through NYC to NJ and just about had to wear sunglasses at 2:00AM while traveling on the NJ Turnpike when traveling southbound with the city on my left and refineries and Newark airport on my right. Good thing they're taking away my 100 watt bulbs  ::)
