i won't tell you what i gave for my banded belts

ok, yes i will

i got them from boeing surplus before the closed down operations here in seattle,

50cent each!  made no difference if it was a sewing machine belt or a 6 rib B section 120" long ( yes i got one of those too for kicks)

when you see browning industrial belts going for that price, you grab them!

Me paranoid ??  Yes, you bet I am. I am getting too old, cynical, and have read and heard too many horror stories.

I'm sure more than just I, are with you on that.

As for what I'm working on...........

Since I'm having trouble getting a heatX big enough to tame the output of my gamma fountain......

I've started on a diesel consumption, AC rectified, battery charging, grid down backup. That how I got here, ran onto this cogen thing. Now, that makes sense.
Long term (read, grid down for who knows how long) includes sunflower oil production, small diy wind (mostly just because I wnat to make one, otherpower axial flux type).
