Thanks for the replys.....The injector seems to spray a stream more than a fog for sure and it is a narrow pattern. I dissambled and cleaned the spray end and it did not change the pattern or starting sympton. I have a spare good first start "oid" I can look at the spray pattern on it and compare. I will probaly pick up a spare complete injector in the meantime just in case. I will also check my spill timing and go through the timing and bleeding air again but I am 99% sure that is not the issue.
