With today's prices  on Gasoline, LP and Nat Gas prices going down is it possible that some might be able to break even or have lower cost using these fuels compared to using diesel.

What are your thoughts?

That could be true depending on location.
During the winter the diesel in my area can cost 20% more that Gasoline.
That pretty much negates any advantage of running a diesel.
Also, the newer Direct Injection gasoline engines are very efficient and fuel mileage is much better than throttle body or port injection engines.
The other fuels (propane and NG) would still have a hard time competing with diesel because of the lower BTU content per equal weight.
