Isuzu C series removal of flame surpressors

so i need to pull my injectors.....easy enough but i need to find how to remove (to clean) the flame surpressors below the injectors. has anyone done this without destroying them? I cannot seem to find isuzu pn 9153150270 for replacments.

What's an Isuzu 

I know Mercedes has a special tool that threads into the glow hole to clean things.
