We are planning a fundraiser event at our firehouse in Hopland, CA in the beginning of June. Since I suggested a antique tractor show would be interesting to have at the event, I was made chairman of the event.  :-\ So does anyone know of a club that might be interested in doing a show at our event? I have contacted EDGETA to see if they are interest, but no reply yet.

Hopland is located in Northern California. See http://hoplandfire.org for more info about the site.

Hi Tom,

I don't want to hyjack your thread, but "tractor" reminded me of an interesting story I heard on NPR recently that folks who frequent this site may also find interesting:

This guy apparently built a tractor from scratch and has plans to build 50 other machines one would need if the world went all to hell.  The plans for these machines are all open-source.
