Thank you for all. Now better just put some concrete plates around engine...  ;D And heavy earplugs. That should do it.

It has been expensive project overall. Cylinder head 10€, air freight 100€ and so on with all the stuff i replaced there. I had to order straight from china because there are no changfa shops in europe. Well one in Austria, but there are no all the needed parts. Pretty crazy, but i decided to put that son of a *** back together no matter what it takes.  ;D And now that i know rattling is normal -> concrete plates -> steel all over/sound insulation + earplugs = changfa power in excavator!

Many thanks

Well actually there is one more strange thing. Once i replaced injection pump there has been creaking every round shaft pushes pump. It is powerful creak and if there were no such big flywheel, it would stop handcranking all the way. Is there too little shims? Or could pump be somehow jammed. First pump had broken one small thing inside. It did not stop machine working, but i replaced that also. To be sure. But new pump has more problems... Chinese stuff.

Before i do something that has no need to do, do you have any this kind of things happened?

Henry W

Are you sure your not hearing the injector opening up. They make creaking noises when turning the engine over slowly. This is normal.

pekkap

So that sound is normal also.  ;D Man these chinese engines are loud in every way.

Henry W

Most diesels with mechanical injection pumps have a creaking noise when turning it over slowly.
