Gasoline engine running on WVO & WMO ??

Can anyone explain this setup.  
This GASOLINE engine is running on WVO and WMO.
What's the process involved in this conversion ? How is it done ?

Just google GEET,  its Paul Pantones device.  He does not have it perfected yet.  Been around for about 20 years that I know of.  It uses a bubbler and homemade reactor. 

Nearly any petroleum or flamable product can be used  mixed with water.  To get water and petroleum products to mix a surfactant is used.   Common dish soap is a good surfactant.

It does work but controlling the engine is hard to do.  I did play with it 12- 14 years ago and did have a small briggs running with his device.

The bubbler will vaporise the petroleum product but the water is left over, most of it anyway.  It may work for  stationary use at a set rpm but unworkabe for most other uses.

Seems the only reason the engine speed is hard to control is because there is no link between engine load and the throttle valve setting on these experimental engines.
A governor controlling the inlet air butterfly valve should solve that.

SPEED SENSOR ----> MICRO CONTROLLER ------> THROTTLE SERVO

LOL, that was my first thought.  Seems like a lot of trouble compared to just using a diesel engine instead...
