As my wife's 87 year old tennis guru says "Getting old is not for wimps!

I had a 60 year old buddy over a couple of years ago that was going to straight this old "person" out on the court.  He left early and directly for the medical aid station in town.  His wife is still laughing.

I'm still hoping for living color photos of your hand and arm Wayne.

  About the photos:  I attempted to have my sister take some with her telephone, when she changed my bandage this weekend, but the quality was AWFUL!  I guess phone-cams just weren't made for semi-closups!

  If I can get some, that are not just multicolor blurs, I'll post them!

  Thanx for the concern and well-wishes, all!   I do believe that i am on the mend. 

  Oh, and the couple of weeks when I couldn't do ANYTHING has been a useful time to haunt CraigsList!  <grin

  Again, thanx kind words ( and even the "not so" <grin> - you got to be able to take a joke!) expressed by all!

pulling this from the past

How is the tractor going?  I missed out on a 250AS for sale locally a month ago.

  I tried everything that was suggested (except a match and a can of gas!  <grin>) and, finally, and reluctantly, bit the bullet and asked the local tractor repair establishment to drag it in and give me there opinioin, which is yet to be rendered.

  I did tell them that it was not a high priority item and that I was more concerned with cost than an immediate fix - so it may be a while before I have anything further to report!  Cheap is its own reward!

  I'll post when more is known.
