Running a Clone on #2 Fuel Oil

copper coil around the exhaust manifold sounds dangerous to me. With all the vibrations wouldn't the copper work-harden then eventually break, spraying fuel all over the manifold and other places you wouldn't want it. My $0.02.

My buddy and I have made centrifuges to clean up bio-D and heated veg-oil out of Omega juicers. Work pretty well. They are pretty cheaply had.
