Central Georgia Generator supplies the 48mm coupling. They are press fit. Put them in an 350 degree over for 45 minutes and it will slide right on.

Hi,
See where you may need have a bad excitation winding in your ST.
Have not been on the forum in a while but i have some ideas as to how to eliminate the Z winding by using an 115 Volt AVR
We have been able to repair quite a few of the ST that the excitation winding has opened.
If your interested, let me know
Thanks

Hi Everyone,
Nice to be aboard and share the knowledge I have acquired over the years on generators, the ST in particular.
If anyone needs help in diagnosing problems with the ST, STC or the Stamford brushless units, will be glad to help in any way I can.
Thanks,
Tom Osborne
