Guys,

My sincere apologies...life gets over busy too easily these days.  Henry was close to the specs:

Compressor: 1 Phase/RLA 14.1/LRA 73.0
Fan Motor: 1 Phase/FLA 2.0/0.25 Hp

This is optional but, would be nice to have if the Perkins can handle it.  It appears it can drive a 10 kW ST head fairly well and will certainly overpower a 7.5 kW. If there is a better head for me to consider I will do so but, the ST is cost effective.  I am aware of the poor surging of these because, I own a 20 kW ST head I have yet to build.  I want the 2o kW but, the 402C-05 system will be less expensive to build and will sip fuel relative to the Isuzu 4fb1 I have for the 20 kW head.

What else can you tell me?  Should I be purchasing parts I need from Rigmaster?  That is, radiator and other cooling system components.

I purchased a couple of used Perkins 402C-05 2-cylinder diesel engines this fall and should use one to build a small generator for the house.  Is there a typical list of parts builders use to accomplish this posted here somewhere?  My loads I need to consider for this are: 1) air-air heat pump & propane gas forced furnace HVAC system, 2) Grundfos pump in well, 3) two refrigerators and one freezer and house lights as needed.

Please advise.

Thanks,

Rick
