Its a Industrial 3 cylinder engine has a adjustable throttle on the side of the engine

Hello All,
I just picked up a yanmar 3 cylinder diesel engine on a mount, I am building a generator.
Was looking for some parts fot the engine, I need a lift pump..
Anyone know where i can get parts for the engine, any idea what year they were made???
