Thanks Cujet. Where did you get your plugs? Did you consider the glow plug version?

I am re-installing the change over valves. I have a silly question as to the process. When you are putting them back in, do you preset the screw on the change over valves all the way in or out? I preset the screws all the way in.

How do you know when they are seated properly?

I have obviously done something wrong. One cylinder screws in to the end of the threads and feels like it can keep going. That one spits fire even when it's in the running position. The other one is loose even after tightening.

When I had these out, the mating surfaces weren't even close on the plunger part that fills in the void hole on the combustion chamber

I am thinking of getting rid of them all together and getting the glow plug version. Anybody have one of these?

I am stuck on the fuel lines and the radiator hoses going from my 24/2. I decided to replace the fuel filter and the stock fuel tank. I found a 20 gallon aluminum tank in great shape. I have the engine and 15kw head with the bearings replaced mounted on the custom "railyard" frame. I mounted a radiator and a braket for a DC alternator. Fuel tank is going to be mounted to the barn wall. Standard intake and mufflers, waiting for a vision of customization.

I realize I have no skill in fabricating fuel lines using brake line. I ended up buying a 20 foot roll after turning several straight pieces into pretzels. How do I strighten out the roll so I can bend it? Do you put the bubble flare on the ends?
Does it still fit in the fittings if the connections are not made for brakes?
How do you run the overflow lines back to the tank? It looks like 1/8" tubing. Can run the lines uphill into the tank? Two feet?

Where the heck do you find custom radiator hoses?

What are the people in India using for pipe threading? I tried hooking up some standard pipe fittings to the engine and the fit is real sloppy. Anybody else seen this? How do you fix this? Lots of teflon tape? Where do you find Indian pipe fittings?
