No - its not a biggie, only 25hp@2600, I also see three different makers of the double cylinder horizontal diesel engine. I will post a link or site where everyone can look, looks like there are hundreds of brands of horizontal diesels.

When that page loads enter diesel engine in the search box at the top of the page.
When that page loads click on diesel under fuel type on the left.
Be prepared to look and read for hours.

Wrong ! that's a single cylinder Changfa engine with two heads ;D
On a more serious note.... it would be interesting to know if it has counterbalance shafts.
Assuming both cylinders fire oppositely, there may not be a need for counter balancing.

Unfortunately they are not EPA certified so no-can-have. Do search on that site and enter double cylinder diesel engine and you will see more along with the offerings from India.
While you are searching on that site enter S321 diesel engine and also S320 diesel engine and notice the weight and where they are are made.
