Lots of black smoke, I'm pretty sure they are running on diesel fuel

Yea, scatter shields, they are pretty far above design RPM range!
Then again, I saw a CS in a vid the other day and it was way above 650 or 850 as well.
Well per USA tractor pulling, I would have thought they'd roll much more coal
I wonder what size engines they are using and what mods were done???
I they look much smaller than the S195.
Modifications, I would imagine some of the following was done:
• Boosted fuel pressure or Larger injection pump and injector.
• Advanced injection pump timing.
• Reworked cam profile and timing.
• Head porting.
• Larger valves and stronger springs.
• Possibly tuned intake and exhaust to minimize intake reversion and increase exhaust scavaging.
• No governor.
• Some type of blended fuel.
