Just cut a hole in the floor and drop an ST5 generator head on the back seat.

Frequency regulation may be an issue, unless the cruse control is working.

Hey, I can put a 60Kw head in the back of my pickup. Run an ad to rent the thing to farmers that have a proper transfer switch on thier farm. When power goes out during hurricane season, just drive up. Block the back of the truck.

The ford 300 inline 6 running at 1800 rpm with the trans in fourth gear will be a 1 to 1 ratio. Just set the  cruise control. The speedometer is driven by a cable from the tailshaft. Easy setup.

The 300 six should handle a 40Kw load easily. For safety measures put a 150 amp double pole breaker on it.

I just thinking LOL, it would be nice to rent it to home owners but it would be too much of a liability.
