Title: Little Gas Generator
Post by: veggie on March 15, 2021, 11:28:50 AM
I assembled a little 190CC gas generator similar to the one that Hwew built a few months ago.
This one will reside at my mother's house to run the furnace and refrigerator in the event of an outage.
The gen head is rated at 2.3 kw.
The engine struggles to make more that 1700 watts, but I did not want to push the limits yet because
it only has 15 minutes run time so far. Engine speed is 3000 rpm and rated at 5HP.

Here's a look at it.

Veggie, Very nice! It might be able to pull more once it gets more time on it. Looking forward to hear more about this build.

Very nice little unit. I like it. Simple, easy to work on!
