Post by: lowspeedlife on November 05, 2009, 05:51:43 PM
Any one seen or using the peak brand power inverters?  One of the local auto parts stores sells this 3000w inverter for $399.00.
Here's a link http://www.energyigloo.com/catalog/item/6950063/7189994.htm.

i have no experience with this manufacture or brand, however
i suspect there is a handful of manufactures in china that make these modified
square wave inverters for just about everyone.

having said that, if i were to use one, i would get one with the softstart technology
those that i have used in the past do a very good job of starting hard to start motors
without tripping out the overload.

only one way to find out how good it is, buy one and put it to work!

good luck, if you get one we want a product revue!
