It looks like a generator is mounted on the opposite end of the crank from the flywheel?
Or are my eyes playing tricks?  Never seen one quite like it.
David Johnson hangs out on SmokStak.com, and he's THE Witte guy.
Maybe post a pic there? I found a pic of another integral Witte there, but it's an upright, sort of looks a like a 6/1 lister with 1 flywheel and a genny mounted on the other side.

It seems to me that it is a power take off, some sort of small Rockford clutch. I could barely make out the engaging handle.

No, the gray one - - opposite end of the flywheel, there is DEFINITELY a clutch that engages/disengages that two groove pulley.... maybe from a small Pump Jack?

The yellow one is an air-cooled wisconsin V4. The gray one is the Witte.

Wisconsin has 4 speed transmission with hydraulic pto

Dual "yellow" flywheels looks like an old gasoline "hit-and-miss" engine. Same as the green flywheel on the ground.
