Title: 1920 Still Relevant Today....as far as bats go
Post by: Lloyd on July 03, 2010, 09:21:27 PM
At least flooded lead acid bats.

This is a very good read on FLAB...don't expect to find anything on SLA's.

I do not approve of the use of a ammeter or also a fuse in series with the ground terminal on the way to the batteries.  Looking into the ground terminal of a source the reliability of that ground needs to be trustworthy.  A misshap could burn out the ammeter, open the fuse or both and the ground would no longer be a 'ground'.
