forum host updating nov 5th

hostmonster is set to update the php server on november 5th,  and we don't expect any issues

however if anyone comes on during the update, the forum might or might not be available during the process

so don't get freaked out guys, they tell me that there is no problems expected, and if there is they will revert
back to the older version
