upload of pix temp disabled

for the next 24 hours the ability to upload pictures and such has been halted in order to allow a single large pdf file to be uploaded to our forum

for me to resize the forum to accept the one pdf it would have left the window open to huge picture files which i didn't want to have to deal with.

this time tomorrow evening i will reset so that all will return to normal.
